This CF1200 series muffle furnace comes with the best internal components, to ensure your application turns out successful each and every time you use it. The furnace is imbued with famous Swedish Kanthal spiral wire coils. These are embedded in high-quality, Mitsubishi alumina fiber insulation. All of this is housed in a double-walled, steel, internal housing which traps the heat inside. The temperature is precisely controlled by a Eurotherm 3204 with 5 patterns and 8 segments.
One really exciting feature, the furnace comes with a built-in, RS485 digital communications port and a USB adaptor, which allows you to connect it to a PC. This means you can control or monitor your application remotely, and save or export test results. Its self-tuning, PID control unit optimizes thermal processing and minimizes overshoot.
Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters allow you to easily monitor your process and troubleshoot any inconsistencies, while a type K thermocouple ensures its longevity. Safety features include overheat and power failure protection. This and all of our furnaces come CE compliant.
