Across International’s Ai large-capacity forced air laboratory ovens are available in three sizes: FO-19240 (240 L), FO-19440 (440 L) and FO-19640 (640 L). Combining forced-air circulation with microcontroller-based digital temperature control, the series provides controlled heating from ambient temperature to 250°C for laboratory drying and thermal processing applications.

The circulation system directs a gentle downward airflow along the chamber walls, promoting consistent temperatures while minimising disturbance to sample materials. A corrosion-resistant stainless steel chamber and toughened double-glazed observation window provide durability, easy cleaning and convenient sample viewing.

All three models feature built-in temperature calibration, an adjustable temperature alarm and a 1–9,999-minute timer. The memory function retains settings during a power interruption and resumes the previous operation when power returns. Automatic protection cuts heating power if the temperature exceeds the safety limit or the temperature sensor fails.

Each oven includes two racks, with maximum rack capacities of 13, 16 or 18, depending on the model. The FO-19640 also features two adjustable moisture escape ports and a covered access port.

The FO-19640 requires a three-phase electrical supply. The FO-19240 and FO-19440 operate on single-phase power.
