Ai AccuTemp AT-X Vacuum Ovens — 90 L, 140 L, 210 L & 450 L
Across International’s Ai AccuTemp AT-X series vacuum ovens are available in four sizes: AT-90X, AT-140X, AT-210X and AT-450X. Combining five-sided chamber heating, digital PID temperature control and flexible shelf configurations, the series accommodates a wide range of laboratory and production workloads.
Heating elements cover the left, right, top, bottom and rear chamber walls, promoting even heat distribution throughout the stainless steel chamber. Thermally conductive aluminum shelves support efficient heat transfer, while the low proportional gain PID controller provides adjustable operation from ambient temperature to 250°C.
Vacuum operation lowers the boiling point of liquids, enabling suitable heat-sensitive materials to be processed at reduced temperatures. The AT-X series is suitable for vacuum drying, degassing, purging and curing compatible materials, including pastes, powders and extracts.
All four models come standard with five aluminum shelves, stainless steel internal tubing and compression fittings, stainless steel vacuum and vent valves, an oil-filled mechanical vacuum gauge, a KF25 inlet filter and secondary over-temperature protection. Maximum shelf capacities range from 12 to 20 shelves, depending on the model.
Each oven undergoes two 24-hour vacuum leak tests and individual quality control checks before dispatch.
