SDS Series Hardened Steel Cylindrical Pellet Die Sets — 50, 75 & 100 mm
Across International’s SDS Series dry pressing die sets are designed to produce cylindrical pellets from powder samples using a compatible pellet press. Available in 50, 75 and 100 mm pellet diameters, these models accommodate larger samples, with maximum pressing loads of 100, 150 and 250 metric tons, respectively.
Each set features Cr12 hardened tool steel, highly polished core tooling, a stated Rockwell hardness of HRC 62 and a dimensional tolerance of 0.01–0.02 mm (10–20 μm).
All models include a steel sleeve, support plate, push rod and pellet ejector. The SDS75 and SDS100 feature a push rod with a detachable handle for convenient handling.
