Ai AccuTemp Heated-Shelf Vacuum Ovens — 90 L, 210 L & 450 L

Across International’s Ai AccuTemp heated-shelf vacuum ovens are available in 90 L, 210 L and 450 L capacities for laboratory and production applications, including vacuum drying, degassing, purging and curing.

Unlike conventional chamber-heated ovens, the AccuTemp series uses internal shelf heating technology. Each aluminum shelf incorporates its own heater, embedded temperature sensor and digital PID temperature controller, allowing independent temperature control at each shelf. Direct shelf heating and thermally conductive aluminum promote efficient heat transfer, fast heating and consistent processing temperatures.

Vacuum operation lowers the boiling point of liquids, enabling suitable heat-sensitive materials to be processed at reduced temperatures. The easy-to-clean stainless steel chamber, large observation window and built-in lighting provide durability and convenient sample monitoring.

Choose the 90 L model with three heated shelves, the 210 L model with five heated shelves, or the 450 L model with six heated shelves. Optional stackable aluminum shelves increase the available loading area.

Every oven undergoes two 24-hour vacuum leak tests and individual quality control checks before dispatch.
