10 Ton Hydraulic Heat Press with Dual Heating Platens
The Across International 10 Ton Hydraulic Heat Press is designed for laboratory and small-scale production applications requiring controlled heat and pressure. Featuring large 300 x 300 / 500 × 500 mm dual heated platens, it is suitable for pressing rubber products, thermosetting plastics, foamed materials and other heat-pressing applications.
The manual hydraulic system provides up to 10 tonnes of pressing force (can upgrade to 20/30 tonnes), with pressure monitored through an integrated hydraulic pressure gauge. A four-column guided structure provides stable platen movement, good load capacity and smooth lifting during operation.
Dual Heated Platens
Both upper and lower platens are electrically heated and feature independent temperature control, allowing each platen temperature to be set separately. The system operates from room temperature up to 250°C, with approximately 20 minutes heat-up time from room temperature to 160°C.
High-temperature-resistant steel platens are specially treated for rapid heat conduction, wear resistance and dimensional stability under pressure. Platen hardness is 50–60 HRC, with flatness of ≤0.03 mm and parallelism of ≤0.16 mm.
Precision PID Temperature Control
Two independent temperature controllers use PID self-tuning control with high-precision temperature sensors, providing a temperature display accuracy of ±0.1°C. Temperature uniformity is specified at 2.5°C, providing controlled and repeatable heating across the pressing process.
A built-in timer provides an adjustable range from 0.1 seconds to 99 minutes or up to 9.9 hours, making the press suitable for processes requiring controlled temperature, pressure and dwell time.
