Ai DFH Series Ductless Fume Hoods

Filtered Air Recirculation | Touchscreen Control | Four Cabinet Sizes

Across International’s Ai DFH Series ductless fume hoods combine integrated chemical filtration, adjustable airflow and touchscreen controls in a freestanding laboratory workstation. Designed to operate without external exhaust ducting, the series offers flexible installation for applications compatible with the selected filtration system.

Available in 1000 (470L), 1200 (570L), 1500 (720L) and 1800 (870L) mm widths, the DFH Series accommodates different workspace requirements. Transparent front and side panels provide clear visibility into the enclosure, while an 8° sloped front supports a comfortable working position. Each unit includes a chemical-resistant phenolic resin worktop and a base cabinet with a central storage shelf.

Key Features

Integrated Chemical Filtration

Built-in chemical filters treat extracted air before it is returned to the room. The DFH1000 and DFH1200 contain two chemical filters, while the larger DFH1500 and DFH1800 contain four.

Touchscreen Control Panel

An LCD touchscreen provides a convenient interface for operating the hood. A memory function retains operating settings in the event of a power interruption.

Adjustable Airflow

A built-in centrifugal blower features adjustable speed, with a specified air velocity range of 0.4–0.6 m/s.

Air and Filter Monitoring

Internal and external monitoring probes help track air conditions and filter status. Audible and visual alerts indicate when filter replacement is required. Temperature and humidity sensors provide additional information about room conditions.

Clear Visibility and Convenient Access

Transparent acrylic panels on three sides help maintain visibility throughout the workspace. The manually operated, flip-up front window provides access for loading equipment and cleaning.

Durable Laboratory Construction

The cabinet is manufactured from cold-rolled steel with an antibacterial powder-coated finish. A chemical-resistant phenolic resin work surface supports routine laboratory use.

Integrated Lighting and Power

Built-in fluorescent lighting illuminates the working area. Two waterproof electrical sockets provide a combined maximum accessory load of 500 W.
