ChemVac2 Chemical-Resistant Diaphragm Vacuum Pump
The ChemVac2 Chemical-Resistant Diaphragm Vacuum Pump is designed for laboratory applications requiring a reliable, oil-free vacuum source with excellent resistance to corrosive gases and vapours.
With a pumping speed of up to 2.4 cfm or 4 m³/h and an ultimate vacuum of ≤2 mbar or 200 Pa, the ChemVac2 provides stable vacuum performance for a wide range of laboratory processes, including vacuum drying, vacuum distillation, rotary evaporation, vacuum concentration and solid-phase extraction.
The pump's compact design, chemical-resistant gas-contact materials and ability to operate continuously for extended periods make it well suited to demanding laboratory environments.

Excellent Chemical Resistance
The ChemVac2 is designed specifically for applications involving potentially corrosive gases and vapours. Critical components that come into contact with the pumped medium are manufactured from highly chemical-resistant materials including PTFE, FFKM, ECTFE and PVDF.
The diaphragm uses a PTFE sandwich structure, while the inlet and outlet components are constructed from PTFE. This helps provide excellent resistance to a broad range of laboratory chemicals while minimizing contamination of the vacuum process.
As an oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump, the ChemVac2 eliminates the need for vacuum pump oil and helps reduce oil contamination and routine oil-related maintenance.
Designed for Continuous Laboratory Operation
The ChemVac2 is designed for extended continuous operation, making it suitable for laboratory processes that require a stable vacuum source over long operating periods.
Its compact footprint of only 335 × 250 × 185 mm also makes it easy to integrate with existing laboratory equipment where bench space is limited.
