The Across International ChemVac6 is a high-performance, oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump designed for demanding laboratory vacuum applications. With a 5.9cfm or 10 m³/h pumping speed and an ultimate pressure of ≤0.9 mbar, it provides powerful vacuum performance for rotary evaporation, vacuum drying, filtration, concentration and general laboratory vacuum processes.
ChemVac6 features chemically resistant wetted components, including an FFKM valve, PTFE sandwich diaphragm, SS316 inlet, PTFE outlet, PTFE/PVDF fittings and carbon-fibre-reinforced ETFE components, providing excellent resistance when handling a wide range of laboratory vapours and solvents.
The pump is powered by a 600 W variable-frequency permanent-magnet motor with automatic motor protection. An integrated gas ballast valve helps manage condensable vapours such as water vapour and solvents, improving reliability in demanding laboratory processes.
With a KF25 inlet connection, compact 467 × 234 × 319 mm footprint and 23 kg weight, ChemVac6 combines high pumping capacity, deep vacuum, chemical resistance and oil-free operation in a compact laboratory vacuum solution.
