DigiVac StrataVac Vacuum Measurement & Control Kits
Models: StrataVac-1HeadKit | StrataVac-2HeadKit
The DigiVac StrataVac combines vacuum measurement and pressure regulation in one compact, modular controller. Designed for distillation, vacuum drying, and laboratory research, it helps operators monitor process pressure and maintain a selected vacuum setpoint.
Choose the StrataVac-1HeadKit for single-point pressure monitoring or the StrataVac-2HeadKit for monitoring two locations using one controller. Both kits include a KF25 bellows electromagnetic aluminum valve for vacuum regulation.
The dual-sensor kit provides an additional pressure measurement point. Both kits contain one control valve; two independently regulated vacuum circuits are not included.
Vacuum Regulation
The StrataVac uses pressure feedback from the connected sensor and operates the control valve to regulate vacuum. In the bellows throttle configuration, the valve controls pumping conductance between the process and the vacuum pump, helping maintain the selected process pressure.
This provides a practical solution for applications requiring stable pressure during distillation, drying, or experimental procedures.
Single- or Dual-Point Monitoring
The StrataVac-1HeadKit provides the essential components for monitoring one location and regulating process vacuum.
The StrataVac-2HeadKit adds a second sensor and cable, allowing operators to switch between two pressure readings on the same controller. This supports monitoring at two locations within a process or across two vacuum systems.

Key Features
Integrated measurement and control: Monitor pressure and regulate vacuum using one compact controller.
Modular architecture: The StrataVac platform supports up to three sensors and up to four expansion boards, depending on configuration.
Selectable pressure units: Display readings in Torr, mbar, or kPa.
Sensor flexibility: Compatible with different sensor technologies, including capacitance manometers, when fitted with the appropriate interface boards.
Factory calibration: Calibrated and tested under actual vacuum against a NIST standard.
Flexible installation: Suitable for panel mounting or benchtop use.
Optional connectivity: Communication, remote monitoring, and data logging depend on the installed interface and compatible software. WiFi is available with the appropriate option.
Applications
Suitable for short-path distillation, vacuum drying, laboratory research, and general vacuum process monitoring. With suitable sensors and configuration, the StrataVac platform can also serve as a reference instrument for vacuum testing and calibration.
