Precise temperature control is provided by the Eurotherm 3204 programmable controller, offering 40 programmable segments and an advanced self-tuning PID algorithm that automatically optimizes heating performance while minimizing temperature overshoot. This combination delivers highly accurate and repeatable thermal processing for demanding laboratory and production environments.
For enhanced process monitoring and data management, the furnace includes an integrated RS485 communication port with a USB adapter, allowing remote monitoring, program control, and data logging directly from a PC. A premium Type B thermocouple provides exceptional accuracy and long-term stability at ultra-high temperatures, making it ideal for continuous operation in demanding environments. In the event of a power interruption, the controller automatically resumes the heating program from the point where it stopped once power is restored.
