A Eurotherm 3204 with 5 on-board process recipes (48 parameters per recipe) digital controller delivers precise temperature control. It’s precise but also user friendly. This furnace is so advanced that multiple atmosphere processes are possible within a single cycle. Since mixing gases within the chamber is so important, the furnace comes with gas inlets and outlets with stainless-steel ball valves. These outlets can be ignited to burn off gas. To ensure airtightness, the furnace door is sealed with a high temperature silicone gasket. But that’s not all. A built-in, stainless-steel, water-cooling panel helps protect the gasket when the furnace is under heavy use. Safety

• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller's manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions.
• Limit switch: When the lift rod reaches the highest or lowest point, the limit switch will power off the lift rod automatically, preventing over-rise or over-lower.
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished.
