Introducing the new HC200S-200, Across International’s latest high-power super-low and high temperature circulation system, engineered for large-scale reactors, pilot plants and demanding industrial processes requiring powerful heating and cooling across an exceptionally wide temperature range.
Operating from -60°C all the way up to 200°C, the HC200S-200 combines 60 kW heating capacity with up to 60 kW cooling capacity, providing significantly greater thermal capacity for applications where conventional laboratory heater/chillers are simply not powerful enough. Even under extreme low-temperature conditions, the system delivers 32 kW cooling at -30°C, 28 kW at -40°C and an impressive 13 kW at -60°C.
With a high-flow circulation system delivering up to 25 m³/h at 3.5 bar, the HC200S-200 is specifically suited to large reactors and high thermal-load applications, providing rapid heat transfer and stable temperature control across both super-low and high-temperature processes.

A New Generation of High-Power Temperature Control
The HC200S-200 has been developed for applications that require more than simply reaching a set temperature. It provides the power, circulation capacity and intelligent control required to rapidly heat and cool large thermal loads while maintaining precise process temperatures.
Its exceptionally wide -60°C to 200°C operating range allows super-low-temperature cooling and high-temperature heating to be performed using a single closed-loop system, eliminating the need to switch between separate heating and cooling equipment.
The system incorporates PID intelligent control, providing heat-transfer fluid temperature accuracy of ±0.1°C and reactor material temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C. A 7-inch colour touchscreen provides temperature curve display and recording, while MODBUS RTU via RS485 enables integration into larger process-control systems.
