Ai HS28 3–2000 mL High-Speed Rotor-Stator Homogenizer
The Ai HS28 High-Speed Rotor-Stator Homogenizer is a powerful laboratory homogenizing and dispersing system designed for rapid homogenization, dispersion, emulsification, cell disruption and sample mixing.
Featuring a high-speed rotor-stator system with continuously adjustable speeds from 2,800 to 28,000 rpm, the HS28 generates intensive mechanical shear to efficiently process a wide variety of liquid, biological and material samples.
With interchangeable working heads, the system supports sample volumes from 3 mL up to 2,000 mL, making it suitable for both small laboratory samples and larger-volume processing applications.
High-Speed Rotor-Stator Technology
The HS28 uses an electronically controlled high-speed motor to drive the rotor-stator working head. During operation, the high-speed internal cutting action generates strong mechanical and hydraulic shear forces, providing efficient homogenization, emulsification and disruption of the sample.
At lower operating speeds, the system can also be used for general sample mixing and stirring.
