The Ai HS35 Compact High-Speed Homogenizer is a lightweight, high-performance rotor-stator homogenizer designed for rapid homogenizing, dispersing, emulsifying and tissue processing of small-volume laboratory samples.
Using a high-speed rotor-stator system, the HS35 generates powerful hydraulic shear forces to efficiently process samples at speeds of up to 35,000 rpm. Material is drawn into the rotor from the bottom of the working head and discharged through the stator, producing intensive mechanical shear for fast and effective homogenization and dispersion.
With interchangeable working heads, the HS35 can process sample volumes from just 1 mL up to 120 mL, making it particularly suitable for laboratories working with small or valuable samples.
