A double-walled steel housing minimizes heat loss while maintaining a cooler exterior surface for improved operator safety.
Precise temperature control is achieved through the Eurotherm 3204 programmable PID controller, featuring 5 programmable profiles with up to 8 segments each. The self-tuning PID algorithm automatically optimizes heating performance, ensuring accurate temperature control with minimal overshoot for highly repeatable thermal processes.
For advanced process monitoring, the furnace includes an integrated RS485 communication port with a USB adapter, allowing users to remotely monitor, control, and log temperature profiles directly from a PC. Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters provide real-time operating status and simplify system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
A durable Type K thermocouple ensures accurate temperature measurement and long service life. Standard safety features include over-temperature protection and power failure protection, providing safe and reliable operation under demanding laboratory conditions.
