The CF1200 Compact Muffle Furnace is a lightweight, space-saving solution designed for precise high-temperature heat treatment up to 1200 °C. Engineered for long-term reliability, the furnace features premium resistance wire heating elements embedded in Mitsubishi 1500-grade alumina fiber insulation, delivering excellent thermal efficiency, rapid heating, and outstanding temperature uniformity. A high-quality Type K thermocouple provides accurate temperature measurement, while the 30-segment programmable PID controller ensures precise temperature control with minimal overshoot and a control accuracy of ±1 °C.
The latest model is equipped with an integrated door safety interlock, which automatically disconnects power to the heating elements whenever the furnace door is opened after processing, providing enhanced operator safety and equipment protection.
