Ai Stainless Steel 316 AccuTemp Vacuum Ovens — 26 L & 54 L
Across International’s Ai AccuTemp desktop vacuum ovens are available in 26 L and 54 L capacities, offering controlled vacuum drying, degassing, purging and curing in a compact benchtop design.
Both sizes feature five-sided pad heating, covering the left, right, top, bottom and rear of the chamber. Combined with thermally conductive aluminum shelves, this design promotes consistent chamber temperatures and delivers 25% faster heating in our laboratory tests. An LCD PID temperature controller provides a 50–250°C operating range with ±1°C control accuracy, while an adjustable gas backfill system allows controlled gas admission through a needle valve and vent port.
The easy-to-clean stainless steel chamber, large dual-layer observation window and approximately 76 mm of thermal insulation provide durability, convenient sample viewing and reduced heat loss. Vacuum operation enables suitable materials to be processed at lower temperatures, helping reduce drying time and thermal exposure.
The 26 L model includes four aluminum slide-in shelves, while the 54 L model includes five shelves. The 54 L version also features stainless steel internal tubing and compression fittings, stainless steel vacuum and vent valves, an oil-filled vacuum gauge and a secondary over-temperature protection dial.

Key Features
Stainless steel 316 chamber: SS316 Internal tubing and compression fittings, vacuum and vent valves. Durable, easy-to-clean interior suitable for routine laboratory use.
Five-sided heating: Pad heaters surround five chamber surfaces for efficient heating and improved temperature uniformity.
Thermally conductive aluminum shelves: Four shelves supplied with the 26 L model; five supplied with the 54 L model.
LCD PID temperature control: Adjustable from 50 to 250°C, with ±1°C control accuracy and selectable °C/°F display.
Adjustable gas backfill: Needle valve and vent port provide controlled gas admission.
Large observation window: Dual-layer window incorporating tempered safety glass.
Thermal insulation: Approximately 76 mm of insulation reduces heat loss and limits external surface temperatures.
Vacuum connection: KF25 vacuum flange and 3/8-inch hose-barb vent connection.
Built-in protection: Circuit breaker, overheat protection and an alarm indicating a temperature-related safety shutdown.
Individual leak testing: Each oven undergoes two 24-hour vacuum leak tests before dispatch.
Oil-filled mechanical vacuum gauge.
Secondary over-temperature protection dial.
Initial Use & Operating Precautions
Before initial use, run the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes without vacuum to burn off manufacturing residue.
Never leave the oven unattended during operation. Across International is not responsible for loss of material inside the oven.
