P6A Touchscreen Peristaltic Pump — 6 L/min
Across International’s P6A peristaltic pump provides adjustable fluid transfer and timed dispensing with a colour LCD touchscreen. Featuring a K25 pump head, a stated pumping rate of 6 L/min and rotational speeds up to 600 rpm, it is suitable for laboratory fluid transfer, process feeding and repetitive dispensing applications involving compatible liquids and tubing.
Rotating rollers compress flexible tubing to move liquid through the pump head. The fluid remains contained within the tube, separating it from the pump’s mechanical components and simplifying fluid-contact maintenance.
The touchscreen controller allows users to set dispensing duration, interval and repeat count. An adjustable rollback function reverses the pump after dispensing to help retract residual liquid and reduce dripping at the outlet.
An included remote on/off switch enables external start and stop control. Optional RS485 and analog signal interfaces support integration with compatible PLC and process control systems.

Key Features
6 L/min stated pumping rate: Supports fluid transfer, feeding and dispensing applications.
Adjustable rotation speed: Up to 600 rpm in 0.1 rpm increments.

Adjustable rollback: Reverse rotation from 10° to 720°, with rollback speeds from 10 to 300 rpm.
Contained fluid path: Liquid contacts the tubing rather than the pump mechanism.
Remote operation: On/off switch included, with optional communication and analog control interfaces.
Automatic voltage recognition: Accepts 110–230 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
One-year warranty.
Configuration & Options
Pump head: K25.
Standard tubing model: TP6A.XF.
Included remote control: On/off switch.
Power cord: 230 V cord.
Optional interfaces: RS485, 0–5 V, 0–10 V and 4–20 mA.
Application Notes
Actual flow depends on tubing dimensions, tubing condition, pump speed and operating conditions. Select tubing compatible with the liquid and its operating temperature. For timed dispensing, verify the delivered volume under the intended operating conditions.
