Ai SuperVac Series Corrosion-Resistant Vacuum Pumps — 5.6, 11.3 & 21 CFM
The Ai SuperVac Series offers three pumping capacities for laboratory and commercial vacuum applications: SuperVac5 (5.6 CFM), SuperVac11 (11.3 CFM) and SuperVac21 (21 CFM). Designed for extended continuous operation, these oil-sealed vacuum pumps combine corrosion-resistant construction, adjustable gas ballast and an ultimate vacuum rating of 0.3 micron / 0.04 Pa with the gas ballast closed.
Each pump includes a high-capacity exhaust oil mist filter that captures oil mist and returns collected oil to the pump. A 1-metre KF25 flexible stainless-steel bellows hose, clamps and centering rings are also included for connection to compatible equipment.
The adjustable gas ballast helps manage condensable vapours by admitting air into the pump during compression, reducing condensation of moisture and solvent vapours in the pump oil. Opening the ballast results in a higher ultimate pressure. A built-in oil backflow prevention valve helps protect connected equipment.

Operating Notes
Always operate the pump in a well-ventilated area. Select the gas ballast setting to suit the process and vapour load. Actual system pressure and evacuation time depend on system volume, leakage, vapour load and connection restrictions.
SuperVac11 specifications above follow the supplied technical table. Its introductory description references a different motor power, and the listed motor speed requires confirmation against the supplied 50 Hz configuration.
