Vacuum Furnaces

A vacuum furnace is used for several applications in various industries. Known for heating materials, it’s designed to withstand very high temperatures up to 1500°C to perform processes such as brazing, sintering and heat treatment that allows for the product inside to be heated and processed with high consistency with low contamination. 

These vacuum furnaces consist of a furnace body, bottom, and cover, a vacuum system, control system, cooling system and heat shield. The furnace body is made of 304 stainless steel cylinders and is provided with connection ports like electrode connection, air extraction, air release inlets and outlets, thermocouple port, infrared port and an observation sight glass.
